Love the post. Can I ask in regards to the Ceremony ‘co-captain’ option, What are the minumum legal requirements of a civil celebrant?

My understand is:
• Celebrant identifies themself as the authorised celebrant
• State the Monitum (Section 46 of the Wedding Act 1961)
• Ensure vows contain the legal phrases required
• Prepare the papers to be signed and witness
